Douglas J. Cronk Doug Cronk is founder and president of Omega Settlement Services, a leading title insurance and associated settlement services provider in New York and New Jersey. He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to founding Omega in 2003, Doug was a Vice President and Officer of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., the oldest and largest partnership bank in the United States. During his tenure at Brown Brothers, he held increasingly senior roles in a variety of areas, including client relationship management and operations responsibilities across nine domestic and seven overseas locations. Before that, Doug was a licensed securities broker with Josephthal, Lyon & Ross, Inc. and M.S. Farrell & Co. Doug is a 2008 Leadership New Jersey Fellow, a member of the Ridgewood Zoning Board of Adjustment and active in a number of community groups, including the Ridgewood AM Rotary Club. He has served as a mentor with Volunteers in Protective Services (VIPS), a program of the Volunteer Center of Bergen County in which trained adults provide guidance to children who have suffered abuse or neglect. He also established a partnership with Bergen County’s United Way to direct a portion of Omega’s quarterly profits to local affordable housing programs. Doug and his wife reside in Ridgewood, N.J., with their two young children.
Melinda A. Cronk Melinda Cronk is marketing strategist for Omega Settlement Services. In addition to providing general communications support, she is responsible for enhancing our Web-based services and designing and building our client education curriculum and community service programs.
Irene Cronk Irene Cronk is an operations associate with Omega Settlement Services. She is responsible for a variety of order processing activities, including document scheduling, preparation and recording. Irene is very knowledgeable about the mortgage processing industry, having spent nearly 25 years with Bank of New York. She can be relied on to answer any questions that you or your clients may have about the title preparation process. Patty Reyes Patty Reyes is a licensed salesperson and operations associate with Omega Settlement Services. She is responsible for a variety of order processing activities, including document scheduling, preparation and recording. Patty's extensive mortgage experience is a valuable resource when attending closings on behalf of Omega Settlement Services. Jayme Wolff Jayme Wolff is an operations associate with Omega Settlement Services.
